Guess we need to tax skinny people too. http://beta.news.yahoo.com/lean-gene-ups-risk-heart-disease-diabetes-170721210.html LONDON (Reuters) - Being slim may not always lead to a lower risk of heart disease and diabetes, scientists said Sunday after they identified a gene linked both to having a lean body and to a higher risk of metabolic diseases. Researchers from Britain's Medical Research Council Epidemiology Unit said that while a so-called "lean gene" was linked to having less body fat, it was also linked to an increased risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes -- ill

That's just b/c your sweet like that. I didn't think the dress was/is and actual flag. I do think it's cute.

And, that is exactly why most of us who keep pointing out, over and over and over again didn't respond. I tried to find the post that stated "she's been doing this for years, and nothing has happened." Well now it has. Maybe some were hoping that those of you who see no harm in what she is doing finally got a clue. Now, maybe you understand that no one is being horrid to her just a real concern for her and the ones that she puts in danger. Hopefully this time someone who is close to her will be able to keep her on her meds. Maybe there will be some intervention to keep her safe. Those of

+2 I ran out of my pos/neg vote things.

Because they showed that you could get the "In God we trust" decal. And, you know how horrible that is. Now if it had said something other then God, you know there wouldn't have been that much made of it.

Look at least it's not like how they did the veterans tags. They changed this tag twice in a two year period. Both times it cost DH $90.00 on top of his regular tag amounts. I didn't know you could get a sticker that says In God we trust until the other day. It really is very simple buy it if you want it, or don't.

Your looking for redneckgirl. Awesome lady. I know how you feel. Start looking for your dress now. I was the mother of the bride, and I didn't find mine until the week before the wedding. Most of all know that it will come together, and you'll be surprised to see how fast 11mos. goes by.

Just came across this. You'll have to read the link to get the voting link. http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_localatl/20110624/ts_yblog_localatl/georgia-license-plate-design-up-for-your-vote?bouchon=524,ga Governor Nathan Deal officially opened the voting for the new general issue license plate on Friday. Online voting will last through July 8 and the winning plate will be announced on July 15. The winning design will be the default tag on "millions of vehicles in Georgia and wherever Georgia vehicles travel nationwide."

Yep, electric went out here. It's since come back on. Now it's thundering and raining. And, I still have to go to the store. Dang it.

That's when we plan on celebrating July 4th.

Restocking food, dog, and pool supplies. It's amazing how things get used so fast. Guess it would help if I shopped more then once a month for these things. Helping out a friend at butt thirty Sun. Then getting ready for back to normal schedule for the week.

Well, at least he is still in jail. I am so sorry y'all are having to go through this. Did you talk with the ADA afterwards? Ask her why she didn't get what y'all wanted in?

Me three.

Both my DH and I had one. It was the Tens unit. It seemed to help some. But, not enough for me. I still needed my muscle relaxer.

People who just can't seem to understand that you can agree to disagree. You know the ones that no matter what they just have to come back with....well nothing to support their position.

Are You Really Protecting Your Pet Against Heart Worms

Not really sure why you gave me a neg for my post to K96W8. I gave her a truthful answer. My point is it's not only heartgard, but the others as well. Did you miss this part? However, recent research indicates that some field isolates and laboratory strains of Dirofilaria immitis may not be fully susceptible to preventive medications.1-3 The number of heartworm positive dogs has increased in certain areas of the central United States, namely the Mississippi Valley and Delta regions, despite compliant use of preventives. And other variables, such as testing strategy changes and inc -
Are You Really Protecting Your Pet Against Heart Worms

All the web sites I found promoted healthy diet and a strong immune system. They also had some herbal supplements. IMHO, a combination of holistic and science based medicine can be beneficial. The best thing you can do for your pet is to talk with your vet. He or she is the best one to advise you. I know that the vets are aware of the concerns about the efficiency issue. Your vet is going to have all the current information. -

What ever. http://veterinarynew...e/detail/703785 http://www.sundogcat...prevention.html As you can read. It's not the prevention it's the heart worm. I still stand by what I stated earlier. @ Big sky I use Ivermectin. I don't know of any "natrual" preventive. The second link provides an excellent diagram of how heart worm is contracted and progresses. -
