I did the same thing. They sent the adjuster out and he said yes you have damage.. put all the info in his system that comes up with all the figures and signed the check. Once I fax him the paper showing I have had the work done they send me the other 20% of the check.

They are off Macland over by the Mcdonalds in Dallas. Hubby gets his hair cut there by Wendy and she does a great job. ETA: Welcome to P.com
