Yea, keeping that 1,000 in the savings account would be nice. Apparently its getting filed under liability but Allstate will be conducting thier own investigation. I assume that fighting the ticket and fighting the outcome of the accident money wise will be two different issues.

My claims adjuster told me to fight it, but thats two days off of work...and is that something you can do without having a lawyer? I mean I know I can show up without one, but I definetly wouldn't know what I was doing. I think its a 130 dollar ticket, I'm more worried about how many points it would mean. We had kids that did this in C'ville becuase thier parents wanted to have a pool instead of a yard when they bought the house. That house always annoyed me becuase 1) they built it to close to the road and when Ridge is eventually widened thier entire front yard would have been gone. 2) They spent so much money on the house but they never put grass down. I think they usually have a longer recording when its from the jail. You hear over a minute of why you can't do three way calling. That and you can't call cell numbers, has to be a landline. Did you try doing another google search on it? I've found a few websites that report on numbers. I've done it when I get really weird area codes calling me.

LoL, thats very good for you. Less to worry about like heart problems, more signs of dramatic weight loss(stretch marks, loose skin, dropping cup sizes) and you stay more proportioned. Best of luck.

Odds are they've already got you at that point. I try to coast as well though. Two footed drivers drive me insane and give me a headache, suddenly all my energy is focused on trying to anticipate thier next move. Highly annoying.

One of my favorties to see are people talking on thier phone and smoking at the same time...maybe they'll grow a third hand while they are at it. Why don't we just use the Stephen King method? Threaten to electrify your loved one or cut off thier fingers if you smoke or don't loose the weight. If anyone has enough motivation they will do it. Has anyone thought of the consequence that if we do tax and people still eat the crap that makes them gain weight....and then they have less money for things like clothes that fit. Just wondering.

On a small hijack...they started a program in the everglades to go out and capture the pythons and kill them. I believe it started this week.

I always lock mine, I've never had automatic locks so the minute a door closes I lock it. Even if I just hop out for a second, I lock it..and i park on the driveway and not in the garage...so again always lock it. With the exception of my sister..every car I've ever heard of being broken into didn't have thier doors locked. For my sister, they just busted her window in. If you left your car unlocked, and its your habit not to lock it up...I don't have any sympathy if stuff gets stolen from it.
