Call the sheriff's office. When they come out to make a report, you can also have them tell the little darling that she is no longer allowed on your property. Then you can remind the mom that if her child rings your doorbell again, that would be considered trespassing.

I plan to take down all of my inside decorations today, and I will probably "undecorate" the tree, but the outside stuff will have to wait until another day. The naked tree will likely remain until January 1st.

There are liability issues associated with that. If someone hits that and is injured as a result, they can sue you, and will likely win the case.

I remember a Christmas song that Toby Keith did a few years ago. It was about a white trash family at Christmas, one family member was drunk, a sister brought home a Mexican boyfriend yada yada. I have searched and searched, but cant seem to find it. Does anyone else remember the song or know the title?

I never do the "day after Christmas" shopping thing, but I was thinking about it this year. Where are the best sales gonna be? What time do stores typically open around here? I know some of my shop-a-holic Pcom peeps know.....

I blame the whole thing on Sports Source. She is the one who got me hooked.

Mix 1 egg white with 1 tbsp of water and 3/4 tsp of salt. Whip with fork until foamy. Put 1 lb of shelled pecans in a bowl, pour mixture evenly over pecans and stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until all pecans are coated. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg, and a small dash of all spice (optional) in a 1 gallon ziplock bag. Pour pecans into bag and shake/turn until all pecans are coated evenly. Pour pecans on a buttered cookie sheet and bake @ 250 for 40 minutes, stir often. When done, pour out onto wax paper to cool.

Don't be knocking the boots now! I have been wearing my "indian" boots a lot lately. I have several pair, and I love them. I always get compliments when I wear them.

You crack me up. I was just talking with my mom yesterday about how the sweater dresses have made a comeback. The trend can be cute when properly executed. Sadly, it is rarely properly executed. Especially around here.
