No, but thank you. Its basically just potato cubes that are fried, but they have been cooked first somehow. I guess Im going to try to microwave them and then fry them.

I am looking for the recipe/preperation for Longhorn Steakhouse's Texas Taters. My husband loves these and they dont appear to be on the menu anymore, but he gets them every time we go. They are like fried potato wedges. I have tried to recreate them but they are not the same. I am curious if they bake/boil them and then deep fry them? If anyone knows how to make these or knows someone who works there that can find out, my husband would be very grateful!! Thanks in advance!

We ate there once. The red beans and rice were wonderful, the shrimp po boy someone told us was the best they had eaten was very plain to me, I could make that at home. He did give us a little bowl of his lobster and crawfish bisque to try while we waited on our food and it was amazing. He also gave us free dessert. I make the best egg rolls with ground turkey and its so simple. I cut up cabbage angel hair style, add a tiny bit of olive oil to the pan, add my turkey and cabbage along with soy sauce and black pepper. When the cabbage finally gets tender enough, I add bean sprouts and mix. Then I just put them in my egg roll wrappers and deep fry. They are so delicious. We like to have them with my rosemary chicken and rice soup, but we had just the egg rolls the other night.

Ive freaked myself out that I came to an almost complete stop on a stretch of 278 yesterday examining this bag. Cars were no where around, and the elbow was not pronounced like Id thought. Ill just have to wait.

8 am. The other thread about food lion someone said they said Food Depot is going there.

They are giving away 2 bikes and a radio station will be there and some kind of tent event and the $5 gift card from what the associate told me today. It's a nice store.
