I called the cable company as I did not get my rebate, they told me I would hear from them in 1 week. When I did not I called back, while on the phone I logged on to the cable account online. I noticed they gave me a $250 credit on my bill the day after my first call. I asked if they tried to notify me that I would get a credit and not my $250. Visa gift card, she kindly apologized, adjusted my monthly bill and was very nice. This was the one time I wish I did press 2 so I could have done the survey as they went above and beyond.
