i would go Direct TV but last time when birds flew by and farted it went out. After tech #3 came out and refused to move it I gave up. Word gets around quick at all eateries who complains for a free meal. I saw at a local steak house where they refused to serve someone, then the manager came over and offered if they would like to pay cash before getting their meal they would do that. of course they walked out as they knew the game and knew they just got caught. The mgr apologized to the customers near by and explained she is known to eat and complain to get a free meal. I really think restaurants and delivery places in these tight times should have customer black lists as some are not worth the trouble. We had them

No actually I never did, we laughed and said the stiff called to whine, As someone said earlier here, I would not mess with those handling my food. Mgt did not care as in 99% of the cases mgt drove at some point in their career and understood I had a family to feed. Good to know!

just got off the phone with another rep and another story, they don't see on their side the fee on my bill. I offered to do a screen shot and email and they don't want to see it.

typically it was not a dollar, I stopped in 99 and my avg was just over $3 per house. With all that aside there were those i knew were single parents or just low income. One guy ordered far from enough every Friday and you could see it was like heaven to the kids. If I delivered there I always brought an extra pizza and a 2 liter, if I was having a good night and could do so I would buy them wings also. So I am not a total jerk, just taking care of those that take care of me.

Here is my example of back when I delivered from hwy 92 and macland 4 deliveries, I pass you on 92 say by the park in Hiram and hit Ridge road I go Ridge and hit 3 deliveries out that way for a total of about 40 minutes. On my way back in I am passing by you anyway so I now I make your delivery. As someone that delivered I can reassure you this, right or wrong you get what you pay for. I leave with 4 deliveries, I pass your house first but I know you stiff drivers. I have and would again pass your house and get those that do tip first then you get your order last. If you had a good paying customer and a bad paying, you too would always take the better paying job first and leave the others waiting. I also want those handling my food to like me. Just canceled my Uverse install also, they came out Saturday, could not complete and never bother to contact me. They wanted to come Saturday but I am now without service all week and need them to come in the evening, they will not. In looking through my bills I see after I demanded my rebate, they gave me a credit I did not ask for, I asked for what their contract specified, a rebate. I guess someone was not happy that I complained as that is when the $252.76 was applied! I think it is time for a class action on them and these rebates that no one seems to get and the actions they take against customers that complain. I am glad it was a joke and apologize if I jumped the gun. I got lots of rude comments when I delivered. What they did not know is it was a second job where I often worked until 1 am then got up a 6am for my day job so i could pay off medical bills from my sons first year when he had chronic pneumonia. PS, it is the cable co I am not sure, it showed up last month and they had no desire to help. I dropped down to the absolute basic cable last week since I am under contract until April and went Uverse because this. I also dropped as they will not give current customers honest answers. Now they are trying to jack me and I have yet to get the proper rebate.
