If he is getting gout chronically it is because the kidney is leaking protein. Many things get you there but there is no way around the fact it is because your nephrons are no longer functioning as they should. Pubby, This is Paulding where most want Old Sparky back, you should campaign on that alone! In his defense I posted things over time that were critical of Pubby. He kept them out there and even came back and answered in a public post. Some things cross a line and are just done out of pure malice and not conducive of anything productive.

Here is what I learned over the years about Pubby as early on I tried to get people to join Pcom. He does not listen to the masses, he will just justify his ways as the only way. I would let him know this is what your other commerce members are saying to me so he could have the opportunity to work it out. He just got defensive so I backed off from offering that kind of insight. He never learned when he lost business, just justified it. I will say I do respect that he lets these criticisms go on right here on his site when in fact they are very harmful to his campaign if you are even a moderat

I agree on contact form. It really depends on what you want and your ability. Many just want it to come in email but the problem is mismanaged data if you want to use what you collect longterm for mailers etc... . I do all mine with visual form builder, you can get it in an email and database in an easier format than most plug ins. It is also all in one meaning it does not need additional plug ins for captha. Where are you located, we can get togther if you need some quick and dirty guidnece.

also make sure if your host install of wordpress does not give you an editor that allows cut and paste from Word etc download a wysiwg editor. If you or those getting to the databases are not familiar with it I use a product NaviCat that connects in to my data.
