I had read something a few days ago. It appears that the banks will not lose money on foreclosures or short sales. The loans are FDIC insured thus the banks will get full value. While you/we are stuck with being upside down. So in short it benefits the banks to allow foreclosures/short sales. G. Wolf

I went by Quik Trip and Kroger at 61 and 278 this morning. At 11 AM the price of gas was 2.79. I went by again around 1:30 PM and the price was 2.89. Talk about a rip. G. Wolf

I will vouch for her. I have seen them today for most of the day. I was in the Hiram area from about 9 Am to 3 PM. Could not miss the contrails. Just had to look up. G. Wolf
