I agree with Snik 100%!!! MrDis... I've never been charged. They've asked...and I tell them I working in Douglas County and I'm not driving all the way to the paulding dump when my business is in DC.

the only plus for this area is............... you can use the Douglas County dump and not have to drive all the way to the very north of the county.... that's all I got......

They had a HUGE debate about this exact call on q100 a couple of months ago..... This man just had open heart surgery.. I'd be scared as hell to. She is a kid...and freaked out.... Cop........shoulda been fired.......

Probably the same reason GSP works the accidents in Paulding.......and the S.O. don't. No I don't know if backup was called.... But does the S.O make it a habit to just stop and see what the other officer is doing or if he was doing it right? Either way..... NO officer stopped to help or lend aid to any of the 3 that pulled me over. AND Officer Gurley said they don't make a habit of it.

I got pulled over 3 times in April........by 3 different agencies/counties 1. Chattahoochee Hills Country - 1 officer - ticket - that I went to court and won 2. Cobb County PD - 1 officer - motorcycle popo - warning 3. Heard County SO - 1 officer - warning NONE of these officers called for back-up.

I guess there are things I like to spend my money on. I LOVE expensive shoes. I love expensive purses. I make my $150-$200 purses last! I only buy expensive purses in you basic colors. Go to court!!! I've been down this road in Fulton County...not that long ago........... If the officer don't show up......they WILL just reschedule the case and the officer will be there. Atlanta is NEEDING revenue........ Plead NoLO only if you haven't done this in the last 5 years. If he was running radar you may have a chance.......but if it was laser.. forget it.
