I, for one, have thoroughly enjoyed the pet contest and have looked forward to seeing the new furbaby contestants each Monday. I LOVE looking at photos of other peoples pets!! I have also enjoyed seeing if others on p.com thought the same pets were cute, funny, photogenic, etc as I did. ETA: I also think it is genius marketing. For the winners to claim their prize it will be done during the business' Open House. It is GREAT exposure!!!

I saw this on Showbiz Tonight on CNN last night. SHAMEFUL!!! Guess he has no pride for himself or concern for how this will effect HER in the divorce preceedings. I was SOOOO confused when I looked at #4 Stormy. With my impaired vision when I looked at it I saw a baby alligator. After staring at it for several minutes I realized what "looked" like the mouth of the gator was actually Stormy's hind legs and his/her head was underneath the front leg on the opposite end.

I agree with all the above - they sit in a cabinet taking up space. Between google online and free google information on my cell phone I haven't opened a telephone book in YEARS.

A word to the wise: mark it in some way that will identify it as belonging to you. Just a week or so ago someone STOLE my garden flag that was hanging right outside my door while we were in the house. It was an Alabama National Championship Flag and they took it - pole and all!!!!!!!!!!!! I told DH this week-end I wished I had put some gold threads or something that only I would know where they were and not noticable to anyone else.
