This would be my recommendation: terminate his father's parental rights. Even if you do not know where he is, it can be done. That gives you, your son and your husband piece of mind. Your husband could then adopt him and your son would not only have his last name, but be his son! Of course you are going to need an attorney to do this. They said on the news the photos they were showing of the roaches, spiders, etc were AFTER a pest company had serviced the house and the pests remained.

I know this situation was horrible and the children should have been removed before now. But, I have to say I have seen MUCH, MUCH worse. One home that comes to mind was one I investigated where I could not take ONE step in the house that I did not step on trash and/or clothes - not one. The dishes in the sink had mold growing on them. A dog had died on a pillow on the bed and the children were still sleeping on the pillow - with the same pillowcase on it. The only food in the house was a half loaf of bread, mustard and mayo in the frig. NOTHING else to eat PERIOD! I have never seen such disgu

WELL SAID!!! When shopping I try to just hold on to a buggy for balance but occasionally I will need a "ride" if I am going to be doing a lot of shopping. IF there is a regular wheelchair available (Kroger has them, Thank Goodness) I prefer to use one of those as I do not feel comfortable in a motorized scooter. On occasion I have ridden in one in Wal-Mart or Target and one of my DGD's guide it for me. People look at me and it is obvious their thoughts are: "She doesn't look disabled to me" or they think my DGD is just playing by driving the scooter while sitting in my lap. BUT.......like

This was just too weird - I was watching HLN on Channel 20 where it has always been AS USUAL when they were interviewing Diana re: Fantasia. A few minutes later I went back to Channel 20 and it was QVC!!! Now HLN is on Channel 35. I cannot find the local news channels. Can someone tell me where to go to get a new listing???? I knew all my favorite stations. TIA.

HLN is covering it now and interviewing Diana at this moment. But, the guy on HLN said ABC did NOT book Fantasia to be on the Morning Show until AFTER her so called "attempt".

Fantasia isn't wealthy but does make a decent living on Broadway. Showbiz Tonight on CNN reported she "could possibly lose millions." IF she has millions or whatever she has the wife will get a huge chunk of it. I am not bashing......just speaking the truth and NOTHING I have not said about her prior to the publicity stunt.
