Yep... pcom has good days and bad days.. nothing unusually about that every website has those days.. people come and people go.. sometimes it is busy then sometimes it is not.. just a sign that some have other things to do.. and sometimes topics can bring emotions out good or bad. being here over 5 years I have seen a lot of the above happen. pcom will waether the stroms as it always does. and we all have to remember WE make up pcom.. so it is up to us on what kind of day pcom has..

Good Lawd I was reading some of the amounts off to hubby last night, and he could not believe how the bills have jumped up so much. I know they have the summer rates, but they have summer rates every year, and ours has never been this high. even when we had our pool our highest bill was 242.00
