Tired of being cut off on Hwy 92 at Bill Carruth

I spoke with deputy about the intersection today and also called Keith at the DOT about the intersection. Hopefully they will add the yield sign back in soon. -
Tired of being cut off on Hwy 92 at Bill Carruth

AMEN!!! I have many issues with that area. Left onto 92 North out of Walmart should be forbidden as well. All you have to do is go out their main entrance on 278 and turn right or left at a CONTROLLED light. Then make the proper maneuvers at the 278 / 92 intersection. I always go out that way even if I want to go S on 92. There are too many people holding up traffic coming out trying to make that stupid left turn. Rosedale is the same. you should use Depot dr. or go across the SCT and come out at the old Regions at the light. Not enough folks actually try to apply reason to their driving. they -

That makes no sense. (Not you Mrs G) If N. Bound on 92 and you want to turn left on Ridge there is a green arrow for that. Coming S. Bound on 92 and wanting to turn right onto Ridge SHOULD have a yield sign. They have no way of knowing if the green arrow is on or not. That sets up a conflict in that the right turn will have right of way if they have a green but becomes ambiguous when they have a red light. Theoreticaly if their light is red the left hand turn should also be red giving them the OK to turn right. But they can't see the N. bounds lights. That is why they put up the yield signs on -
My daughter's FB account sent me an email yesterday. She NEVER goes on Facebook.

We could confiscate every bit of wealth in the US, Divide it up equally and it would likely be right back to the same proportions within a decade. most folks that have money have made wise decisions throughout their lives, those that do not, not so much. And they will continue making decisions that very same way. And then there are those that are just envious of others.

You want me to stop by next time I cut my client's yard in your subdv?
-
Good point... I should talk to my wife about that. I had just come up from the basement when she met me at the stairwell door telling me about the "guy selling the AJC at the front door". We do have a sidelight window but it still wasn't the best idea on her part to even answer it.
-
I applaud him for trying but even I stop cutting grass while it is still daylight so I do not bother my clients after supper. Cmon now, you really have no problem with a blind solicitation at your front door after 9PM when you have just settled down and got the older kids (not babies) to bed?

No Ma'am! Serious as can be. He then went off to go bug my other neighbors. Anyone with a scanner keep your ears peeled for an assault call off Austin Bridge and Sweetwater Church.

I wish I could. I have a full flight of stairs on my house. That might lead to a lawsuit. ButI guess I could go for a jury trial. I kinda doubt many would take pity on that guy.
-
I read the guy the riot act and he then asks "do you at least want to hear about what I have to sell?" No!!! Get off my porch. Does anyone know when Paulding says they have to stop. I know Cobb made them where ID lanyards that they got from the permits dept. and I did not see one on him.

The one thing I stress to teen drivers is this. I understand that YOU are perfect and will never make a mistake, so with that in mind I must remind you that all of us other drivers out here are only human and can and will make mistakes not to mention the other teens who are also never wrong will also be out there. What happens when you and they cross paths and both try to occupy the same piece of roadway at the exact same time? Then who's fault is it? I DID!! Not to mention Dis jr will likely not gain those priviedges until after he turns 18.

When you move you are supposed to get a new license WITHIN 30 days per the law. That leaves a very small window. You also have to register to vote and I believe that tales about 30 days as well. Moral...do not move the month of a big election.

Hey now... I'm a gonna get you and your lil dog too. And I ain't skewed of your flying monkeys either.

I've met a whole bunch of GREAT folks here on Pcom. Some are folks I've known from before and reconnected with, others are are new folks. I would have to really sit down and think about who and put it in a list. I'm pretty certain I would have to be pushing 50 by now.
-
So you think you are broke now? If you do not pay to defend I win judgement by default. Then we can talk about transfering your deed over to me. sound good? See TP... it would be just so easy to say "you know Dis, it really is a bad idea to just let folks go around and do this. We should put a stop to this kind of stuff". But why you support it is beyond most sane adults comprehension. Just because you want to see someone rip off a rich person or business?
-
Even if it based upon a complete and utter falsehood or their own personal stupidity?!? So you think it is a good thing that I can walk into Walmart, find a support post, run into it full tilt on purpose and then sue Walmart thus placing them in a position of paying to defend themselves or pay me hush money? Again... wait till I find your home and do this to you. I may not get anything out of it, but I can dang sure wreck your finances!

You obviously missed this part BIG WORD for lil zoo... ANY!!! the attorney is free to come up with whatever they want to throw against the wall and hope it sticks. That is what happened.

So you think just because they have the money, it is ok for someone to file a frivolous lawsuit against them. Just in case the meaning is lost on you ( and I know it is) that means that someone who was 100% at fault for their injury ( let's say they brought their gun onto Disney property, which is a no no, was playing with it in their room and shot their big toe off. They then sue Disney just because). Even though the stupid person violated the rules put forth by disney and brought their weapon ont Disney's property, violated the rules for safe gun handling and common sense, and they pulled th

And to go after the driver of the bus as well? Really? I believe it was solely to get to the deep pockets of Disney though since he was working for them at the time.

A lawsuit has been settled between Disney and the family of 9-year-old Chase Brubaker. On April 1, 2010, Chase was riding his bike on Big Pine Road at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, when he veered into the street and was struck by a Disney bus. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene. http://www.wdwinfo.c..._Disney_bus.htm Now notice the last part... The Florida Highway Patrol cleared Disney of any wrongdoing and wrote in the crash report that the cause of the accident was a flat tire on the bike. So Disney did nothing wrong. The cause of the
