The ER's primary goal is not definative care it is stabilization. So if you went there complaining of severe back pain as is your case. They would take an x-ray and if an MRI was available they might do one. Their goal at that point is to make sure there is no potential for further injury and to ease your pain. They might get you a cortizone shot And you would be given pain meds as well as directi ok ns to follow up with your physician. Tjat is about all I see them doing at the ER.

I was listening to some folks calling a local musuc radio station this morning. Apparantly they are upset that teachers ar being furloughed and such and are connecting that to the stadium. I would like to point out the simple fact that yhe BOE and the BOC are totally seperate entitie. Bot get funding from Cobb taxpayers but tjat is the ONLY connection. Nothe the BOC does as far as taxing and spending affects the BOE. Both entities have their own employees and payrolls. If the BOC decides to spend money on the stadium, it in NO WAY affects teacher salaries or anything else in the BOE budget. T

If Dis jr. would finally get the fact that "the rules" actually do apply to him as well as everyone else, I would be more than satisfied.

I was prescibed that yesterday for a foot issue. I got up this morning and nearly passed out in the shower beforw work. I literally had to get out and lay down to get my head to quit spinning. I know it is an NSAID and helps to decrease the swelling but WOW. I CAN'T say it was the cause but one med I had before and that one was new.

I do this. I sleep on my side/ belly which puts strain on my low back. I have some pillows that are maybe 18" X 8" X 5". We use these as decoration on our bed. I will sometimes put it under my upper leg while bent with the lower leg more straight. Sometimes between them. And sometu mes behind my back with me leaning on it. I love to sleep with my back against things like the back of the sofa and my wife. The sofa doesn't mind, my wife does. Well unless she is cold. Those help me when my back is sore. Experiment. I may have missed it. I know you recently had a baby but I have not heard of y

Beautiful tree Blondie. I have a few questions if you do not mind. My wife now wants colors after making me buy white a few years ago. Having the ability to go either or seems like just the thing. Where did it come from? How much? Is there room for larger ornaments between the branches? Can the botton branches be left off to make room for gifts.

Douglas co should have a list of RADAR approved locations within the county. What that basically means is that they have already removed those that are within a city. They conform to certain physical standards ie not too much grade among others which would include proper road signage. And they will state what the enforcible speed limit is. It should be a matter of public record but other than that I can not tell you how best to obtain a copy.

Hmmmm. The GSP plays by a whole different set of rules. I can't answer that. Sorry.

Thanks... I know the area well. Station 8 is right across the street. There are many bonded wharehouses down there.

I guess they moved it from Atlanta road. Are you guys talking about the place off Baker Rd?

If I could only get the wife to understand this.

My problem is like the mechanic... my stuff is always the last one done. My laundry room bathroom has been wating on the tile tub surround for about 5 years. The plumbing is in and works. Just no tile. And as soon as I do that I can finish the laundry closet wall. I haven't done it because I need access to the plumbing. No one uses the tub or shower unless they bath a dog. And that works fine. The toilet works what else do I need it for. -
Pictures you take. The other... I was given a list of the RARAR approved streets. They actually list the road and the speed with coverage areas. I would guess an open records request from the jurisdiction.

Pictures and a copy of the certified RADAR operating zones from the local agency.

When I starte with Cobb PD I had to get a copy of my transcripts. Campbell was a county school then ( I graduated in 83 as well). I had to go to the Cobb school complex where theyvused to keep the books right down Atlanta road from there. There was a seperate building where they put the transcripts on microfiche. Ahh the old days. I do not know if you still go there but Cobb schools should have your records somewhere in their archives.

Interesting thought. I know this concept applies to to ALL aspects of the legal system though. Three strikes law, juvenile history cases up to regular court and repeat offenders. I do not think it is double jeopardy though. They are only looking at your prior history and trying to decide how to get your attention. Just think for a momment. How would a $500 fine affect Donald Trump and then how it affects a man earning $50, 000 / year trying to support his family.
-
What she said. $247 including court and other fees is not much. I had to pay $100 to the courts after my 10 year opd son assaulted my wife and damaged our car. Talk about adding insult to injury. But when you are both the parent of the perpetrator and the victim what do you do.
-
I only explained why they do that. I have no idea over the actual fine issued. It could just as easily been meant that had they had a history with citations it could have been more.
-
It is standard practice. The court (judge) are free to assigne the fine as they see fit but it must remain within the boundries already set. Basically it is the coursts way of getting your attention. If you already have multiple citati ons especial the same, they will set a higher fine because you obviously do not get it and keep commiting the same offense. I pretty much caught the same lady 3 times in a year. Between me and some other LEOS we racked up enough points on her to finally have me arreat her for driving with a suspended license.

Heritage gas on 92 is north of crossroads. They will dovthe tank, hook upd and gas. Just about any plumber will do the interior gas lines. Even I have done those. It is no big deal yoh just have to use the right stuff.

Personally I think the school is responsuble first for allowing this. THEN the school system should seek redress from the parents. JMHO

This we can all agree on.

Absolutely not. They are free to do whatever they want so long as they do not need the taxpayers to pay for things not already given to EVERYONE. And your BC arguement is total horsepoop. Any woman or man can EASILY obtain condoms and other prophylactics for free or low cost.
