I am wondering about this. I rarely see anyone do what I do and leave my buggy atvthe end of an isle in front of an EC. So who else is doing this? It is not as common as blocking an isle rhis I know. And on the outside there is usually room for 3 to 4 people to pass each other. So how is 1 buggy standing at the EC for 30 seconds possibly holding you up? If you go to the humane society on fairground in Marietta, by the Civiv Center, they have coupons that you take to your vet that reduces the cost of spay / neutering. to be clear. I leave my buggy at the endcaps outside the isle or other " out of the way" places. I will never purposely block or allow my famiky to block an isle. My kids know to wal behind the buggy. My son still need to be reminded of this occasionally. He usually fibures it out when he tries to squeeze himself through a 2" gap between the buggy and a pole. I can only speculate on things but from the stand point of experience with that kind of child and the legal system. The inditement indicates a failure to support not any kind of abandonment.
