Your flaw is being human. Children of addicts take their parent's addiction personally and it's hard not to. Go get some counseling or go to ACOA meetings. Parents and family members didn't become addicts because they didn't love their families. If you can begin to understand this, the pain you feel may start to lessen. Good luck. -
While far from perfect, the verdict ensures the man will spend a long time in prison. No verdict will bring back the child and I'm not sure if any verdict can erase the loss for the young man's family.

I think he outed himself before he was outed by the local media who already knew. I also thing he did it so he wouldn't have to carry the baggage around of worrying about being "caught". Hopefully, it will be a brief distraction and his ability on the field will be the thing that matters.

There had already been speculation about his sexuality, so I think he came out to put speculation to rest, so he could concentrate on football. Questions of sexuality are addressed in pre-draft interviews and this way, he isn't covering anything up.
