Kind of. A mom from this group was caught on camera, in a parking lot, a couple of years ago beating her child because she did not do well at stealing in the store. Lady tried that with me in the Mall parking lot. Her car was late model and I sensed all was not as she said. I offered to call the sheriff to send someone out to help her get a little gas and she almost ran to get out of there. The group called the Travelers do this type of thing. I don't think she wanted my kind of help.
