  1. Our first Cowboy Church will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. All are welcome to join us for music, praise, fellowship and a study into "A Little Miracle With A Big Message".
  2. It is for my round pen and riding arenas.
  3. Thanks, Shawna, you are very kind. We plan to start having Cowboy Church at least one Saturday evening each quarter. This would be for the entire family and we hope to have the Circle of Friends kids participate in the service.
  4. Thank you! We hope to offer kids a chance to learn how unique and special they are by allowing them to see themselves through the eyes of a horse. Your niece may be too young to participate but you are welcome to bring her to visit with the horses during the meetings.
  5. Thanks, Nemie! By the way, Miss Apple asked me to say "hi" for her.
  6. Thank you! We have been working on putting this club together for a long time. Thanks T!
  7. Parents, Beginning Jan. 18th 2009 LauraLeigh Farms will be offering an opportunity for kids 6 to 16 to get together for Christian fellowship, horsemanship and fun. You do not have to own a horse to join the club or attend the club meetings. We are asking for a $10 per child donation at each meeting to cover the cost of snacks and supplies. At the meetings the kids will learn about safety around horses, basic riding skills, games with horses and fellowship with other kids from the community. The meetings will be held on the third Sunday of each month from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Happy New
  8. No, my husband and I are originally from just outside of Birmingham. Our daughter, her husband and their children are the only family we have in GA.
  9. Just had a wonderful lunch at McFarlane's; shepherd's pie and a side of cinnamon apples.
  10. How big is the pavilion? lol She is just under 60" at the withers and about 8 feet long.

  12. Nemie, I need a new bed for an eighty lb dog. Do you have any that large? LLF
  13. God bless you, LR. I lost my Daddy in 1992 but he visits often in my dreams. LLF
  14. Nemie, I'm sending up prayers for you and your family. LLF
  15. I don't mind the fireworks but I did call the PC Sheriff's office about one of my neighbors. They were shooting bottle rockets toward my house and my barn. The sparks were falling on my roof and into a paddock with one of the horses. By the time the officer got here (didn't take but a few minutes), the poor horse was drenched in sweat from running the fenceline and out of his mind with fear. In years past these people shot their fireworks toward their own house. I don't have a problem with them burning down their home.
