On Sunday, October 11, 2009, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. LauraLeigh Farms will be offering free classes in horsemanship for the children of our local service men and women. Since space is limited, preference will be given to children who have lost a parent in action, have a parent recovering from injuries or have a parent currently deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan. Great! I'll start going through the picture box.

Oscar, the picture is just beautiful. It isn't easy to capture the eye of a horse but you have done a wonderful job. We have 9 horses here at our farm in New Hope. You are welcome to visit anytime. I have an older QH mare and her two daughters that I would love to get a picture of together. It's been difficult to get a really good group photo.

The Circle of Friends Saddle Club meeting will be held this Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 pm at LauraLeigh Farms rain, snow or shine. We have a warm club room and lots of hot chocolate. See you Sunday!

Will do! I hope we can get some local pastors, youth ministers and song leaders involved. Also, any adults with experience with horses who would like to help would be a blessing.
