We are so excited for her to come home. I have to be at the airport early tommorrow morning to pick her up . It's gonna be a very emotional day !!

This will be my daughters 3rd year working Black Friday at Best Buys. She is 19 now . she has to be there at 11:45pm Thursday night and work til 11:00am Friday morning . She enjoys it and says it is crazy but time flies by so fast . They treat her great and also cater in food that day for all employees so they dont have to go out and get in the mess of shopping traffic . I always tell everyone I know , ON Black Friday treat all the employees very good cause they are there for you . and most of them are so young.

Prayers for all involved.We live on Braswell mtn rd and they were sending cars around , so our road was very busy this morning. When It rains , water collects on the road at the bottom of the hill right pass A&R .And people dont realize that they need to slow down .

We live in North Paulding too. But dont have any jones to keep up. LOL !

My opinion, is something used and safe. My daughter had a jeep grand cherokee and I think this vehicle saved her life when she flipped it last year. I would recommend one just not new

Anyone see or know what happened last night on Hwy 278 right before the kroger and QT near 61. I was on my way home from picking up my daughter from work in Hiram and there was a car fully engulfed in flames in the median. It was really bad. traffic had stopped on the other side of the hwy and no fire trucks were there yet. We saw a few people standing way back but no other cars involved. We were just hoping no one was trapped inside It was the worse vehicle fire I've ever seen . We did pass a fire truck when we turned by Kroger headed that way with it's lights and sirens going.

Wow, must of been after I dropped my son off at school.

I got a flyer the other day that says they are having a Say NO to the Toll Road Town Hall Meeting next Thursday at 6pm at WAyne Kirby Community Center Burnt Hickory Park !! We will be There !! That is also what the web site says .

The Road would run thru my house . So we are definatly against this !! If I wanted to live next to a major hwy I would live in Cobb County where I could just hop on hwy 75 . I drive to Roswell every day to work by choice ! We could move closer to work and be in all the mess that comes with it but we like our quiet life in paulding county . Where we can watch the cows across the street and see deer in our yard. What if the put a toll road in mayberry ?

Okay, I know this is probably been asked before, but I need a place to rent for a baby shower for about 20-25 people . I looked at Hiram Coffee House , since I went to one there before but it seems to be closed. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks.

My Grandma used to give up apple juice everynight before bed, when we spent the night with her. And we all turned out okay.

It always bothers me to hear of such tragedy . I have thought that they need to design a device to alert someone if a child is left in a car and saw where they make a device already called the Halo Saftey Alert. It's a pad that goes under the car seat cover and turns on when the weight of the baby is put in the seat. Then the parent or caretaker has a alarm on their key chain that will alarm them when they get so far from the car or the temperature reaches a certain degree. I think they should make it required in all car seats. Prayers to this family and their loss

Wow I am completly shocked how some people have reacted to this subject.I have to say , We always go to Wesley's Mudbog and my 5yr old son loves it. He even has made his own minature mudbog for his little trucks in the front yard. Wesley is a family man and even had some monster trucks for an event last year and the kids loved it. Most of the adults that come to these events are family You will always have trouble makers where ever you go and that is what the police officers are there for. Saw the snow plows come down Braswell Mountain Rd this morning, It is clear of snow and sludge looks still icy but I am thankful for DOT . Maybe I will get to go to work tommorrow

I feel your pain . My commute is about an hour and 15 mins and I hate it everyday. It would help if I really liked my job . I would love to find something closer to home but havent yet so I guess til then I will keep on truckin.
