I can only imagine the meltdowns that our kids will have from overstimulation.... I need to find a stroller that will accomodate an 8year old. or maybe just one of those wagon things. ugh.

Felicia is DYING to take the kids to this!!!! the commercial was on yesterday morning and she dragged me by the hair of my head to go look at it. Next Saturday looks like our best bet at going.

i didn't see any hate, just a clarification that although i'm not a normal woman, i'm not transgendered.

genital mutiliation is a touchy subject. while we here in the states don't resort to some of the terrible practices of female mutilation, it's practiced on men, everyday, without a second thought. circumcision is genital mutilation. Bill Heath, while slightly misguided, had a few interesting concepts that unfortunatley got taken too far.

i guess i just need to renounce my vagina. while i haven't had to negotiate for my salary in quite a while (i'm paid what i'm worth, according to the market)I absolutely don't do any of this....Among the most common negative scenarios is that they seem to downplay their worth, fail to research comparable compensation, aim to please others at their own expense, and settle for what others think they deserve instead of for what they want. never have been real good at being a 'girl'

i think it's about gossipping. and i can't figure out what that has to do with empathy. i cannot empathize with a drug addict. i haven't been there and have no idea how to put myself in one's shoes. does this make me evil? does this make me a gossiper? who knows???

Empathy = Understanding what others are feeling because you have experienced it yourself or can put yourself in their shoes. Sympathy = Acknowledging another person's emotional hardships and providing comfort and assurance i can know all about someone's vulnerabilities, and still not be able to empathize with them, if i've not been in the situation myself.

agreed. and i wouldn't want to have anything to do with the crazy mother effer. but. if we take away his second amendment right without following the laws of the constitution, who's to say our will be protected?

i can spit on you and get an assault charge. does this mean i'm a maniac that should have my second amendment right suspended? i watched a restraining order, or, TPO be granted for 5 years because one woman threatened to push another woman down the stairs. it absolutely astounds me that people will make such bold, blanketed statements without thinking through what they're actually proposing. that American citizens should be stripped of their rights because they have some sort of charge but not conviction is absolutely against the constitution. please. think before you throw away yo

i don't want to hear any christmas music, except on christmas day. i don't want a damn tree in the house, there are already plenty in the yard. twinkling lights? we have stars for a reason. i'm good with stockings for the big kids, with random fun crap in 'em. and presents for the little kids, they love to unwrap stuff. and food. my wife is awesome in the kitchen. the rest of it? meh. it's just leads to anxiety and guilt and wasteful spending.

we already have weekly rollovers at 41 and 285. this will just add to the fun. not to mention the jackass accidents that will occur coming out of the parking lot. and the DUIs.

My daughter, my wife, and LGM all share that nickname from me. Occasionally I'll call my friend Tricia 'baby girl'. I'm absolutely revelling in my newfound ghetto status!!!! Perhaps I'll get some leopard print leggings, long fake nails, and a platinum grill.
