Baby's father? Is that what we're supposed to say? Getting in to the semantics of it all, what's the damn difference between saying daddy and father? Felicia and I call her children's dad 'baby daddy'. Because, um, he is their daddy. I guess we're biker ghetto. Dare you to say it to my face! Wait. Is it also ghetto that MD and I call each other mommy and daddy when we're talking to our dogs? Or is that just plain weird?

Can she drive? Might she consider being a love in grandma in exchange for room and board? It wouldn't pay her anything, but would erase housing/utility/food bills. *live

Yet the pharmaceutical companies make millions off of mind and mood altering prescription pills. Ask a paranoid schitzophrenic how much they NEED mind and mood altering substances... -
Thanks y'all! I'll definitely go by there this weekend.

it's convenient to the Paulding house. but not sure i wanna trek out there to look if it's all crap. might be better off just getting something here, and taking it out there.... i'm planning on loading up all their stuff and having a 'laundry mat day' this weekend to get them all caught up.

yeah, but there was a line... i certainly don't want to step on the toes of anyone who'd spoken up for it already.

SO, i'm checking craigslist because i need to get a washer/dryer set for my kids' house. there are a ton of ads from what appears to be a used appliance dealer in Dallas. Has anyone done business with them? have any recommendations? (any leads on a sturdy used washer/dryer set also appreciated) Many thanks!

The kids really enjoyed dressing up in their costumes, and seeing all the neighbor kids dressed up as well. We had fun watching them interact with so many strangers! Not one single meltdown or tear shed by the kiddos. Rousing success!!!!

oh, no...this was between me and Felicia!!! the kids were as confused as all get out.

thank you for posting this!!! my step daughter has Down's Syndrome, and while that's pretty obvious from looking at her, the fact that she's (mostly) non verbal isn't. one lady told her three times last night to 'say thank you'....i had to gently explain that she was signing 'thank you' over and over again.

i laughed until i cried a few times last night! the running commentary went someting like... what about that house no, the light isn't on but they have a pumpkin it doesn't matter, the light isn't on but it's not dark out yet, the light shoudn't be on either way what kind of people have a pumpkin and then don't answer their door???? the kind who also don't turn on the porch light.

No Silly!!!! she's a part time bartender (friday nights and sunday afternoons) and full time mommy. MD is the tow truck driver....I'm wearing his shirt in the pics from last night. (he couldn't go with us cause he was on call.)

our batman is as sweet and shy as our batgirl is rowdy and outgoing.....however, last night his job was to ring the doorbell and say trick or treat and her job was to sign thank you. i think it brought him out of his shell just a little bit. they both did great. no meltdowns or complaints about walking, and neither of them seemed interested at all in their candy once we got home.
-
really? you have to ask? should be pretty self explanatory.... (biologically they're Felicia's)
-
thanks! she's quite a little show off and diva.
-
we had a great time trick or treating, and i wanna show off my family!!! . .

I found my lump last Monday, saw my GYN on Wednesday, had an ultrasound at Kennestone that same day, and was at the Breast Center Thursday morning for a mammogram and biopsy. Scary fast, but...the sooner the better! -
