For heaven's sake. Why in the world did you not just call me? I could have taken care of this in about five minutes. And yes, as we tell all of our clients, get a survey. It's money well spent.

The Appalachians are the most spectacular of any mountains I've ever seen. I feel so at home there.

Have you considered renting your home and purchasing a new one? I've had three clients do that this year. It's worked out well.

I didn't notice the price at QT/Kroger on 278 when I passed. But I did notice it at the Valero and the Shell at 92/120. Then I made a point to look back at the Wal Mart on 120 to confirm it wasn't just the small stations and it was $3.29. WTF?

I noticed on the way to the office this morning that gas seems to have increased 15 cents overnight. What gives?

Showed property wrote five offers for three different clients and J and I took advantage of a rare early evening together and took in Ides of March. Great film.

Mine felt like really awful gas pain. It hurt in the middle of my stomach. Lots of pressure, and bloating and major nausea. Of course I was sick off and on for a month prior to that but I didn't know why. It wasn't until it started leaking that I went to the doctor. Hope you're better soon.

You are exactly right. Rental property under $1,000/month is very scarce in Paulding. Which is a hole we spotted in the market last spring. We've had several clients this year who are renting out their current homes in which they are upside down in order to take advantage of the excellent values.

Agreed. My clients are finding exceptional value in their new homes. I just reviewed a Good Faith Estimate my lender sent to a new buyer and for $65k sales price the rate is 3.875% with an estimated payment of $461.40/month. There are some GREAT properties in that price range as well. I saw several this weekend while I was out showing.
