I wish the cucumbers at the stores would hurry up and start looking good. I have been missing my salads, and won't eat one without the cucs. I am down 12 lbs in just over a month. I always put some back on in the winter. So glad the weather is cooperating so I can start walking again. We go a few times a week when possible.

I actually thought about that, but I think even if I did that, my cheap butt would not actually turn the lights on until it was time for him/her to come home. I see lights and cringe sometimes because it's "wasting powers" as my 4 yo nephew would call it. I'm teaching him well.

Just white ones.

I went last Sunday and got a pedi at the place by Kroger at 61. I was doing a little celebrating and getting ready to go out to dinner and wanted to wear my sandals. They were great too. the massage chairs too.

She's made a total of 4 posts since joining, and 3 of them are in this thread, and all 3 of them don't seem very positive to me. How about you?

I didn't take it as her complaining about her job, as much as complaining about being yelled at by a rude customer. One incident doesn't mean she has a horrible job.

It is now April, and they still have their Christmas lights up AND TURNED ON! I drive by it every morning on my way to work, and always wonder why.

Exactly! She had just been yelled out by somebody, over something she has no control over. I LOVE my job, and usually have no problems at all, but there are days when the crazies come out of people. Doesn't mean I am going to quit over it.

She almost did last night. The butt kissing schoolmate she has!

Well I know for a fact that my old State Farm office always closed for an hour for lunch, so some of them do. I know because I joined them for a lunch on more than one occasion. I am pretty sure my current one does too.

I don't guess you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Copschick in person. Seriously, if you had, you would read her posts in a different way. I know her well, and talk to her all the time. When I read her posts, I can hear her tone of voice, and giggle at what she is saying, just for that reason. Sometimes without knowing the persons personality, it's hard to see the humor behind the posts.

And there is always those things behind the scenes!

There are certain fields that you just expect to be closed during a certain time period for lunch. Doctor's and dentist offices. Lawyers offices Insurance agencies Courts These are just a few that come into mind. I don't even bother picking up the phone during lunch hours to call them.

The towel didn't have to come off of her head either. They could have had some hanging over the railing to dry, and like someone said, the wind was blowing hard. The wind may have started to blow one off and she tried to catch it and leaned too far. We may never know, but I am not ready to assume foul play at all.

I am always laughing on my way to work at 7am. I look around at all the cars and every one looks like a zombie, but I have my radio blasting and I sing and dance all the way to work. I love my mornings! In the afternoons, I am usually on the phone all the way home, so I don't do it so much then.

Now that is a new word for me! :rofl:

A four year old was shot today, while strapped in the car seat, because of road rage. Just not worth it people.
