I heard about the swine flu making a come back in the news a couple of weeks ago. When I went for a check up recently, my doctor knew nothing about it. Makes ya wonder. I know of several people who have had the "flu" within the last couple months but the doctors were not deeming it to be swine. I'm so confused.

Yeah, especially the older ones. My boxer is 7 and she definitely can't handle the heat like she used to. She was out about half an hour today and came in panting really hard. My baby is getting old.

Your welcome. On the Oprah interview one of the boys was asked "What would you like to say to the people who abused you?" His response, "Thank you, it made me who I am and I'm stronger because of it". These boys held no anoymosity or hatred towards the foster parents at all. It also said on the interview that 38 social workers had visited the house over the years and they were getting ready to send another child to the house. How does that happen?

Yeah, the people who adopted them are heroes in my eyes.

This episode is about child abuse, so incredibly heartbreaking. I am sobbing. It's about 4 boys who were almost starved to death. It's also covering a story about a girl who's face was covered with a tumor,very sad.

I love Carters Lake. My mom and dad have a cabin in Ellijay and we go there every chance we get. It is a really pretty lake and yes, the fishing is amazing!
