I have always loved Rod Stewart. When I was 12 years old my sister and her boyfriend took me to the Omni to see him. Middleschooler has always wanted to take fencing but there have never been any classes that I could find that were close enough. Unfortunately, he's the size of a healthy 15 year old, but he's only 12. And I opened my big mouth before I read the requirements. I have a disappointed 12 year old.

Another thing that is ridiculous is the idea that other players will feel uncomfortable around him. Who cares what other players feel, that's their own issue. People seem to have the misconception that gay people lust after every same sex person that they run into. That's bull. I'm around men ALL THE TIME and the only one I EVER want to sleep with is my husband, my partner. Gays are no different, don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are gays who would sleep with anything breathing, but there are straight people who will do the same thing. It's absurd that the issue is ever broached.

I think she's a great lady, but why is it necessary to actually come out and say you're gay, Lara Spencer has never felt the need to profess her heterosexuality. Sam Champion, the weather guy is gay, but we only know that by the way he lives his life.......with a male partner. But I never heard some grand announcement pertaining to such. It just seems like the thing to say and in reality, who really cares? Not me.

On the other hand though, I will never understand why people feel the need to say anything about their sexual preference, gay or straight. I have never once thought about walking into a room and announcing that I sleep with a man.
