  1. Sara Babb rents out and includes lifeguards. We have rented it for my son and granddaughters bday on the 28th. I think it was $150.00.
  2. I'm so excited, saw them installing the coke machines today!!!
  3. I enjoyed finally meeting you too! And I love my cover ups!!
  4. I agree. It seems REALLY bold to bring your girlfriend, much less her kids, to a persons home that is trying to help you out in a bad time. I wouldn't have it.
  5. I'm glad I'm not the only one that this banner ad seems to bother. I had to re-read it several times to make sure I was reading it correctly. IMO.......YES, he's crazy. There are other statements on the as that bother me as well.
  6. This kind of 'campaigning' is nauseating to me, especially when it ends up, unsolicited, in MY mailbox. Don't harp at me about what someone else did or didn't do, tell me how you want to change things and how you are going to go about getting it done. You'll lose my vote as fast as lightening with that tactic.
  7. Who is your service with? I got my bill today from Trash Taxi and it didn't go up.
  8. I'd like to think that was the problem..........noooot so much!!
  9. I believe John Edward does have some sort of 'link' that most of don't have. He was at a hotel near the airport recently and I really wanted to go, but tickets were very expensive. Hubby gave me the green light, but I just couldn't spend the money. It would be just my luck and no one would show up to talk to me.........talk about rejection!!!!!
  10. My PM box is almost full and I want to delete most of the messages, but when the list of conversations comes up, Pcom ads pop up OVER the boxes you check to delete them. I don't want to take the time to go to each message and delete one by one. Can this be fixed?
  11. That is what I was told too and I was the one doing the hitting.
  12. And that is the total and complete fault of the 'poor' person buying the tickets. It is THEIR choice to take food out of their kids mouths, not the states. And if they weren't spending it on lottery tickets, I'll bet they still wouldn't be spending it on food either. I think that since the lottery has been around, we have bought less than 25 tickets, the odds are just too huge to spend hundreds of dollars on tickets, when buying one will give you practically the same odds. But if I didn't have milk for my child, you can bet that the lottery ticket would still be on the roll and there would
  13. I saw at least 2 of these signs in the Peachtree Road Race yesterday.......I just scratched my head and it made me question those running down the road with them.
  14. No, no.......I'd put a screeching halt to this ASAP. I'm sorry, but your friends home isn't a motel and if this friend who is living with her has a new girlfriend, he can move in with her, not the other way around. A girlfriend spending the night would bother me, but one with 2 kids just wouldn't fly. If she has a home, why are they staying at your friends house using water and resources that they aren't paying for?
  15. O-M-G!!!!!!!! You just killed me!!!
  16. Same thing happened to me. Have her call HER ins company, explain the problem and they should be able to get things kicked into gear. I made that same phone call after 2 weeks of foot dragging by the responsible ins co., and within an hour I had a rental all the info I needed. Good luck to your daughter.
  17. New Hope Animal hospital is wonderful, Dr. Leathers does a great job. Lee Family Dentistry
  18. You sound like Hubby. The first year we were married and he started at Georgia Power reading meters, we were POOR. But after a week outside, he came home one day, turned the air down and said he'd never be hot at home, regardless of what we had to give up to make it be so. Luckily, he still feels that way, and thankfully we have no problem paying the bill now.
  19. Good luck to you!! He's pretty excited.
  20. Hubby is running for the first time. He has trained and trained and can run 7 miles in 1 hr and 16 min. It may not be the fastest time, but since he's turning 50 on the 24th, I'm pretty impressed.
  21. I feel for all those people who have to work outside in this heat, my son-in-law & Hubby included, THANKS YA'LL!!!! I swear I don't think I could do it. And what about firemen?? Oh my!
  22. I've got one too, luckily they don't live in my house. The poor, poor pitiful me attitude.............makes me crazy!
