I should have been more specific. I have an upcomimg sales venue. I need someone to make about 100 very simple 4 piece suncatchers, as I don't have the time to devote to it. I have the material and the layout. Just looking for someone that knows stained glass and wants to make a few bucks. It does not require huge amount of experience, a beginner's class and minimal tools is enough.

Combining facts with speculation and biased commentary and attribution of statements from unidentified sources along with a hazy timeline is to be expected, though. The other $43K is departmental operating supplies budget. That could be anything from bulbs for the video lighting system , mileage, actors' fees, makeup, outside editing services, royalties paid on production editing software, whatever. The budget page 10 is clearly marked Channel 23 production. (NOT broadcast fees.)

It appears the $103K budget is salary for one "media producer" on staff for the County and his/her operating budget for supplies, and bennies. NOT being paid to Comcrooks. Personally, I can't imagine that there is anything coming out of the county government that is worth $103K to dress up and spin, but that's another topic entirely.
