These are straight party primaries, except that the school board and judge contests are on both ballots as non-partisan. meaning, if you pull a GOP ballot OR a Dem ballot, Kim Cobb will be on both. As will the various judge slots. If one party does not propose a candidate for an office (Sheriff or Chairman for example are all GOP candidates), the winner of the primary or run off will win the November election by default.
