There is no label on the board. The motor is from RAE corp, a model Opti4026. I can't see any obvious damage to the board, it just got wet from being installed inside a machine with no baffling inside to keep the moisture off the board. Where the SCRs are screwed to the heat sink is all corroded. RAE corp only deals with OEM's and in quantity. And the mfg of the grinder is NO help. I tested the motor itself with my battery charger, it will run with the 12vdc, so I know my problem is the board itself. The motor is labeled 90VDC, 1.25 a. That is 112 watts, or just a bit more than

OK, I have a glass grinding machine that has a variable speed DC motor in it. The motor is powered by an AC to DC converter board which has a potentiometer that alters the speed of the motor. When you grind glass, the discs are sprayed with water to keep the glass cool so it doesn't break. Water runs downhill, and the power supply board is located directly under the grinding disc. You can guess what got wet... The board does not have any labels on it, but I know the motor is 90vdc, 1.25 a, and runs 1725 rpm at full voltage. The manufacturer of the grinder has a customer no-

The acorn don't fall far from the tree.

Mine to the right, or yours to the left. It's barely 1/10th of what you get. Download. Upload is even worse. Barely better than dial-up.
-
Yeah. My ATT service is the same speed as your Comcast......if I move the decimal point one place to the right.
-
I know the prices go up, but even after they do, I'd still be ahead both money and speed wise.

Because we have DirecTv, we are kinda stuck with ATT internet. I know what you mean about lousy internet. This is going to turn into a rant about how lousy DirecTv's "Genie" system is. To download/record any TV, it uses the residence's internet/wireless router. So, in order to download a movie or an episode of a series, it sucks up your bandwidth on the internet. And when ATT's bandwidth is pretty slim to start with, it really slows things to a crawl. Like dial-up slow. To continue with the "Genie" problems, it just randomly shuts down (hibernates) while in use. In orde

Does Paulding County really need an Ampitheater?

Hey, "Dopey"....just who you calling "Grumpy"? -
The place with all the logs piled up? That's not a sawmill, it's a woodyard. He's a middleman between the guy who cuts the trees down and the pulp mills and the lumber mill.

I know I am going to be in a singular minority in what I am about to say. I personally would not care if there were never another concert performed or song sung or guitar played or horn tooted or whatever. I do not like music, do not listen to it except when forced to as part of a TV show or movie background noise, and building any venue anywhere dedicated to those "performers" is, in my opinion, a total waste of money. I can not understand people's obsession with iPods and playlists and downloading music to listen to, etc. I wouldn't go to a concert if you PAID me. -
89 Store Outlet Mall, 3 Miles From My Home

It's great that there is a new outlet mall opening with all those stores. Maybe browsing around in them will give Eddie something to do instead of babbling his drivel all over a certain website. -
I guess all that trial happened when I was working out of town, and I missed the good news. Thanks for the updates. I was afraid that weasley former DA would have not gone for the death sentence.
-
There was a lady killed on the Silver Comet Trail several years ago. I know the perp was arrested and charged, but I lost track of what has happened in the prosecution. I seem to remember that the ex- DA (Drew Whatever?) was reluctant to go for the death penalty.

At least you are good for something. And look who is calling someone ignorant. Let's check on how to spell C-I-T-I-Z-E-N, shall we? WTF is citEzen? Oh, I forgot, it is from someone who doesn't know water runs downhill.

I know! I know! Let's put it at the quietest place in all of Paulding County. Right at the end of the runway at the AIRPORT. -
You two remind me of Mary Matalin and James Carville. Good looking woman, ugly man. Political opposites. Well, you do have the political roles switched at your house.

A couple of sizes larger of your tighty-whities would drop that voice a couple of octaves. -

Exactly! We have this overloaded airport that desperately needs expansion and maintenance. -
Kin ya hear any banjo music out there in the sticks?

Now, all that's down right funny, coming from someone who doesn't know water runs downhill. I think we all get it, that you don't like Paulding County. Figured that out in your very first post. So, why did you move here? And, even more to the point, why are you still here?
-
Excuse me? Your retraction of that statement is required. I have never made a statement about rail sidings in Paulding County, one way or the other., until now.
-
All this from a poster who could turn a thread (any thread) into a multiple page diatribe about some alleged wrongdoing by the County and a lawsuit and bitching about your lawyer, etc. Pot, meet kettle.

Never mind, it was a wisecrack. Sorry, it was something that one of my friends who is in recovery says. Doesn't apply.

Ah, yes. A famous recovery program's 10th step: "and when we were wrong, promptly changed the subject and found someone else to blame"
