  1. You mean he suffers from premature inauguration syndrome?
  2. Could you post a chart or something, Ray-Ray? You are getting as bad as TP with some of the crap you spew.
  3. Nah. Hate the sin, love the sinner.
  4. The timing is possibly the only thing "good" about this. The trade deadline is the end of this month, isn't it? Gives the front office a few days to fill a hole.
  5. Maybe if those people's buttons weren't wired weird, Feelip's "truth, justice, and the American way" comment's wouldn't bother them so much.
  6. Methinks "somebody" needs to put the plug in the jug. This is twice in less than a week.
  7. God's grace is getting something you don't deserve. God's mercy is not getting something you do deserve.
  8. Running for mayor of New York City? Oh, no,,,,that's Wiener, not wierdo.
  9. The word "intelligent" being the operative word. I can accept that there are others who do not believe the same political principles that I do. I don't HAVE to agree with them, doesn't mean that I don't care for them personally. Hell, I like Pubby and Stradial's wife just fine. Pubby will tell you that I often stop by the office just to chat and discuss things. Never agree on much, but we have fun.
  10. Hahahaha Why don't you leave it out where everybody can see it? Like, pin it to the top of the Cafe?
  11. Whew. Talk about tugging on Superman's cape! Set of cojones, there Mr. Gregg. You are right about the racism label. When people's beliefs and attitudes are attempted to be "policed" by those who operate from a faux superiority, it only proves that the race whores are short on facts, so they revert to "feelings". I believe the Pcom vs Detroit analogy is the same one I made last week, although I was referring to the "tolerance" shown to a blithering idiot who manages to muck up every thread anybody starts.
  12. Fixed it for ya. Funny how you can be so selective in what you hate on. And so freakin' blind in matters that count.
  13. In defense (sort of) of Detroit and other big cities, they are under the unfunded mandates of both State and Federal requirements. The big boys pass laws and tell the cities and counties it's their problem to git 'er done. I just spent a few minutes looking at the 2013 Fulton Co budget. The county has 5,000 employees. Granted, that is down from over 6.000 a few years back, but, still? This does not include the educational system. What do they do? I was trying to figure out the extent that the City of Atlanta has its lips firmly on the teat of Fulton County, and what the pote
  14. Given eym-syrius's obsession with things ghetto, i.e., his unfounded support of Trayvon, it should be obvious to even a casual observer that he wouldn't have many female friends who participate in marriage, and I'd suspect most of them consider a baby as nothing more than another pocket full of entitlements.
  15. Mark, did you happen to catch the (now gone) threads on a couple of nights ago with the antagonistic, scrambled language? somebody made the comment to put the bottle down and step away from the computer? that whole sequence of posts in several threads was just flat out embarrassing, which is probably why they have gone "poof".
  16. If it comes from either LPPT or TP, the chances are 99 out of 100 that the post' s content is nonsense. Nothing either of those two have to say is worth the effort it takes to click on it, as far as I am concerned. I'm sure there are those around here whose next breath is just hanging on the next piece of "wisdom" from them, but "Ignore" works just fine for me. Both of them have lost all credibility, I don't understand why would anyone care what they say or bother to read any link they post?
  17. Obviously this thug didn't learn much at NITRO's marksmanship classes. Fires two shots, misses both times, takes a dirt nap as a result.
  18. There's an old saying about a gun-carrying conservative used to be a liberal, until he got mugged.
  19. Thank you for making my point about the intellectually handicapped.
  20. Or Gary, IN. Or E. St Louis, IL. Or Kansas City, KS. Or Newark, NJ. Or New Orleans, LA. Or Oakland, CA.
  21. I thought they were talking about AirForce1...
  22. I don't disagree with a thing you said, except about a group of belligerent posters focused on Pubby in an attempt to harm p.com. I think some of those "attacks" are more replies to some goading by Pubby. Sometimes I wonder if he doesn't deliberately "chum the hole" with a flagrant statement just to get a rise out of someone. Oh, thanks for trying to find a controller board for me. I got one at A-A Electric in Lawrenceville for $63 including the HP resistor.
  23. Sometime in the future, when our illustrious leader begins a post-mortem on what happened to his once successful website, maybe he will realize that letting drunks and the intellectually handicapped play on his corner of the internet wasn't such a good idea. Make no mistake, I know Pubs personally. I like him very much as a person. I disagree with him on virtually everything political, but I really think the concept of a local message board is great. If it can survive. Here is some heart-felt advice: Get rid of the few that are nothing more than an embarrassment with their t
