So the school won't take any of their own actions until they have been indicted?

I 100% agree. But my question is why are they allowed back in school today? Is the school not taking any action? I haven't read through all the posts so sorry if this has been asked and answered before.

I am in no way defending what he did. He should have known better. It was just shocking to see his name.

He is good kid too as I am sure most of the rest of them are. I hate it that he was involved in this.

My son said Channel 2 news is there now on Reece rd.

My son is in Frankfort, KY at school and said the weather is really bad. He said the storm chasers are there...they are all on the first floor of their dorms waiting it out.

He said it hurt like crazy but didn't want to go home because he had a test later in the day and didn't want to miss gym class. He has been drinking like crazy the last 2 days and will continue to do so. He doesn't want to go through that again (if he can help it).

He just got home from school and said he thinks he passed it at school . He said it looked like a tiny pebble...hoping he did. Just wish we could have caught it at home to have it looked at.

Not yet. He seems to be doing ok. Went to school yesterday and said he had some pain but didn't want to come home. And no phone call today so he must be ok. Hoping he passes it soon and we can catch it so the docs and figure out what caused it. Thanks for asking.

They gave him Vicodin for pain. The pain has gone but I am sure will return when he passes it. I hope this doesn't mean he will be more likely to have more as he gets older.

Urgent care sent us to ER. He had a CT done because he had a LARGE amount of blood in his urine. Turns out he has a kidney stone...he is only 12. Now we just wait and see if he can pass it on his own.

Thanks. This is the son who never gets sick or complains of pain. And he is ticked off he is missing school because of it! For him to miss school, I know there is something really wrong.

My son woke up around 4 this morning with severe pain in his lower back on the left side. His stomach will hurt for a few seconds then goes away. He has vomited 3 times this white stuff. Pain the back won't stop. Taking him to the urgent care in New Hope when they open at 8. Can appendicitis be felt in the left side too or just mainly the right side? Thinking it may be kidney stones but then got worried it could be appendicitis.

There were a ton more today too.

Does the will state that the ones owing the money, must deduct it from their share of the estate? If not, I would just split everything equally.

I went to Walmart in Hiram and everyone I asked that worked there told me "you can't buy beer on Sundays." I would have thought that Walmart is within Hiram city limits. I ended up getting some beer at the place next to West Metro market.

The age difference is wrong at that age/young. When they get to be adult age not so much. Heck my husband and I are 20 years apart!

Holiday didn't effect us because our pickup is on Monday. The cans are out there for 2 weeks. Plus they didn't come the week before that either. According to them, as long as they come once or twice a month that is good enough and we still have to pay them the same amount of money. Their words not mine.
