WT..Your HDL needs to be over 40..Start exercising and cut out the sugar. Triglycerides aren't that high they should be under 150. How was your blood sugar..IMHO the ones to watch is the HDL and Triglycerides..Don't pay attention to the total Cholesterol number..Having high numbers is an indicator of diabetes to come.
