Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato bisque, chips, and cola lite. And the replay of Liverpool vs Anzhi Makhachkala.

Apparently the religious demographic is changing greatly. My link

Hyperbole much?

Are you saying America shouldn't allow mosques to be built or that the US government should pick what religious tenets get the Official Stamp of Approval? Surely you're aren't saying that even the majority of Muslims are not tolerant of your faith.

Didn't Lockheed do some layoffs in the early 80s? And late 80s? And 90s? And early 2000s? -
The poster said she would like to visit, not live there. Appalachia is not the rolling plains, either.

It would appear you are saying Islamists are the enemy. Is that your position?

I agree. All this negativity only serves the end for which it laments. Europe is a wonderful place! Everyone should visit at least once, especially the highlands. Areas comprising the former Hapsburg rule are stunning.

That's very fatalistic.

But that was the inference with which you left since you didn't qualify your statements.

I can sincerely empathise with the situation you're facing. My father-in-law is of the sort and it does make for rather charred gatherings at times. Still, you would do well to begin liking wine. There is a wine boutique in Acworth that does wine tastings. Groupon often presents these as splendid outings. It would be worth the evening. My husband and I often go with friends or co-workers to these sort of evenings. The best way to enjoy it is to secure a limo to pick everyone up, and make reservations a local eatery for the entire lot of you after the tasting. The food and company are m

So Americans who are not Christians are not really Americans? Muslims are not good people? Marijuana for medicinal purposes is a bad things? Socialized medicine is being compared to a decrease in church attendance?

I'm sorry but you do understand that would be if the entire system shut down because of sequestration, not Obama getting re-elected, right? -
The election had some interesting numbers among the faithful, but the results also show a disconnect between the right wing Republicans/Tea Party and the rest of the nation. My link Here is the Pew Forum survey link. My link

Could you provide a reference where the Obama administration has said it wants to make all Boeing and Lockheed employees under the auspices of the US government? Or is that something you're making up? Saying untrue statements for effect is still saying a falsehood. -
A report out from Fairleigh Dickinson University has determined that NPR/Sunday AM News Show are the most informed news listeners, while Fox News/MSNBC audience is the least informed. My link

If that is what makes the loss feel better, then you need to stick with it. The fact is that we Romney supporters lost because of the Extremism of the Tea Party that refused to recognize the changing demographic, and that the "Angry White Male" (as Lindsey Graham put it) is not in touch with reality. Careful. You're playing with facts. You will be accused of all sorts of evil and socialism. -

Suzuki has had problems for 20 years. I'm certain they were just waiting for Obama to get re-elected to do this. I'm certain of it. Where are the tin foils hats? -

No, you were wrong about the underlying issues. -

I've already had to do some soul searching today since the candidate I supported didn't win the US election. Nevertheless, there are some things the experts say will help with the anxiety of it all, 2 of which I've already conceded were my best options. My link

Let's see. You were wrong about the women's issues, immigration issues, gay marriage, and all the other social issues not being a factor in the presidential race because as long the Republicans focused on the economy, it would a Romney win. Well, I said the economy is improving and confidence is up, with a slow growth and definite improvement. The American people on exit polls said they agreed the economy is improving and the social issues was why they voted Obama. Your prediction record is not too strong. -

Bollocks. The unemployment prediction is totally ludicrous. A recession is possible but it will depend on Congress reaching an agreement on taxes and spending, something that will have will require some tax hikes and some spending cuts. Do that, and the downturn goes away. Don't do it and a political recession is inevitable. -
