I'm writing an article on the absolutely fantastic fishing in Ft. Pierce. There's an impressive barracuda bite going on now, as well as an occasional cobia sighting. We (my brother, actually) managed to get this cobia on Monday afternoon. My wrist surgery is 8/20/09, so this will be my last chance to get in any fishing for the next few months. In the last couple of days, we've seen flying fish, manta rays, sea turtles, a wide array of fishes and birds, all set in the background of paradise. I wish that you all could see this!
