They approach me at way-too-early-hours at gas stations all the time. This isn't new. Why are you surprised? Are you up too early or too late? Why is this surprising to you?

I have a rental in the same area (south of Hiram Sudie, off S. Hwy 61). Prices are really up in the area and they are going fast - at least what I've seen in the $90-130K range. They are gaining the prices which were lowered 4-6 years ago - For code enforcement, call the Marshall's office and put in a complaint/notice. I don't think they should be going around and trying to enforce everything under the sun. You see something to be reported, then report it.

Aldi has some great products, just need to keep an eye out for them. And if you see it, better get there on the first day - they don't get a lot and sometimes they go really fast. Proper response To understand manual, semi or automatic with handguns, one must understand loading a chamber or barrel. If you do not manually reloading the chamber, you do not have a MANUAL handgun or shotgun or rifle. Depending on the action taken by the gun, you are in SEMI or AUTOMATIC loading if you are not putting the bullet in the chamber yourself. But .....do not fuss on semantics.
