I do a lot which would be "pay it forward" but I like anonimity (sp?) They are the greatest, aren't they? PCAC & PHS is the best! a year? wow ... can't believe it has only been a year! PCOM is the best!

We ranch chicken grilled or broiled! to do it like we do sole or tilapia or other "white" fishes -- sprinkle with old bay, saute with olive oil/butter, season with lemon zest & juice plus chives. Tartar sauce is optional "breakfast" is big here too!

what are you looking for? there are a lot of things I can make in less than 30 minutes, usually using a lot of help from the store for a portion of the "meal" done, I just add to it or change it up a bit

so very sad - the entire situation - RIP all who died and thoughts to those struggling to survive. I do my salsa very close to this - Chopped tomato & purple/red onion, add a little finely chopped garlic, no red pepper but I use chopped fine jalapeno, no cilantro but use parsley (fresh), lime juice and some of the zest, salt & pepper. Once in a while I'll drain a can of black beans, rinse and toss in.
