I know you will do research. I just thought it was because it was in the CC and there was a case number, was reading it just a moment ago. Then your post about a "poof", and it just made sense. Someone finally wanted to investigate before making it "really public".

It was just here a bit ago. Probably because of the nature of it and since the case number was posted has been made invisible until research is done. Seen it before.

Yes, I've had that happen a couple of times, especially at that QT (or people trying to give me pamphlets). One time, guy drove up next where I was pumping gas and asked for $$ (and only wanted cash ). I watched him circle the lot a few times. Then I just happened to pull out behind him as he was leaving and followed him down Thorton, only to see him make a left into the Racetrac. Thought to myself that if he could run around that much he sure was wasting a lot of gas. One of the last time I was approached, the car they pulled up in was way nicer (and newer) than what I was driving.

Well after all of the advice ..... I did have to sweep a bit - cat litter that one of mine decided didn't need to be in the box any longer & ashes from the wood stove when I cleaned it out to build another fire. I will have to cook, but not much as DH is going to grill and I'm just going to heat up some beans. Everything else is already prepared and ready. I did get some good relaxation in so far, planning more later while soaking in the hot tub. I was thanked and appreciated today, and that I'm grateful for. I was not pampered or waited on, but that really isn't my style

that sounds so good .... ok -- so no cleaning or cooking or washing or errands or anything else chore wise If that is true, I should have a day of fun, relaxation, pampering, being waited on, praised, adored, appreciated, etc??

I know that there are a variety of New Year's Day superstitions. What ones do you know about? Do you follow them? Example is the "black-eyed peas & collards" to be eaten today, supposed to bring health and wealth for the new year. Sorry, I just can't do that one as I really don't like either. I hear we shouldn't do laundry or sweep, true? Just curious.

.... not even what you think. Got that "I'm not sure if I feel well" achy and I didn't get a lot of sleep as I was up way too early yesterday and didn't get to bed until way to early this morning. Your plan for the night was better.

Evening went fairly as expected. I'm tired & a little achy this morning, but otherwise ok so far. Good day to lay around and not do much of anything, you think? How was your evening? Morning!
