If wearing the hat is a requirement of the job, then that should have been determined as part of hiring --- doubt it. As part of any hiring process, an employer must state the knowledge, skills, and aptitude the employee must have to be employed -- then they need to go after the working conditions under which they individual must be a part of (working hours, costumes, etc ....). Just because the employment was during the NOV, DEC, JAN timefram , I'm sure the didn't tell that the hat was a must condition to be employeed -- hence they lied and the law suit.

oh my .... I calamari, especially dipped into a marinara sauce we are going to have leftover smoked sausage I baked (earlier in the week) in sourkraut with homemade chili sauce, yukon potatoes which have been slightly boiled and will be finished sauted with butter and parsley, green beens and merlot / beer! YUM!

photos can be taken at rite-aid, walgreens, cvs, etc ... about $8 -10 and you walk out with what you need. filing can take weeks, the last time we did it we renewed & it was pretty fast. but I've heard of people getting their first time passports within weeks.

I did that first thing this morning and PCOM time is still not right. Even ended one browsing session and started another. Guess I still need to "play" a bit ..... FIGURED IT OUT!! On the settings page, there are two different questions about DST. If you click on the "Currently in DST?" question, it make the other question go away and does nothing to the time. You need to click only on the second question "Is DST currently in effect?" to get the time change to display right.
