Morning Got to sleep in to about 6ish, had a cup of coffee then went and sat in the hot tub for a bit. Now sitting here catching up on PCOM and the news. Ham has been sitting in the rub since last night, will put it on the smoker around noon-ish. It will have a ginger-pineapple type sauce & glaze, can't wait to try it! Probably will get into the laboratory later, but other than that and a good long walk with one of my dogs, that is all that I have for plans for the day.

Usually I do my xmas cards and watch the news for fun ... but I don't leave the house or property - haven't for years!

I cleaned house and finished laundry for the week but for me it a Wednesday when I have a day off and not an "eve" to a holiday Tomorrow will be a quiet day and a great meal, probably call family sometime during the day, but will be relaxing or playing.

Morning! I am on "vacation" until next Monday! Plan on cleaning the house, finish doing the laundry for the week, and maybe getting a bit of play in the laboratory. Have a great day everyone!

I agree with your dislike! I have a dog who absolutely hates storms. She lets us know 1/2-1 hr before they show up to at least 30 min after they are done in the area that she does.not.like.storms! She isn't going to be fun to deal with if these come in when it is time for bed. Heavy downpours & a bit of wind is ok. Very sparse thunder & lightening is ok. Anything more ..... DH does like a bit heavy storm than me and will go and sit on the porch and watch ...
