So I thought I'd treat myself to a little TV for my office. Got the TV and the Antena together and set them up in plenty of time for the game..... I'm still not seeing anything. With rabbit ears you just move them around until you have something. This is just a blue screen with a box that says "No Signal"... I left the house at 6:30 and made it to Marietta by 7:15 and all was well. I think the ground is too warm for any serious problems. However, there might be some slick spots for a little bit... not for long. I didn't run into any.

Additionally, this can't always be done remotely. In this case it might have been that the Central Office had to wait for someone to get to the office to make the change to the site.

There are two individuals that are apparently in labor... one with her first child and one with her third. Neither of which are the emergency services able to get to easily. One is in a van... Thanks to all of our Emergency Service Providers!!! It is a nightmare out there!

I just got in from Marietta. I came down Powder Springs Road to 278 to Hill to Cleburne to Bennett to Pine Valley to 92 to Ridge.... No real problems. There were a few icy spots but nothing serious. I saw one car off in the ditch on Ridge at Clarks and one off to the side past Top of the Ridge. Generally a 30 - 35 mph ride home. However, I listened to the scanner all the way home and LOTS of places in Paulding are a mess!! I haven't had a chance to look through the threads here yet but I'm sure there is something telling of the closed roads and accidents. If you don't have to be out... Do

You are so funny!!! I went back and undid the negatives but... it only let me do so many! That is interesting. I'll be checking that out. There a couple of standard spots in my route to work in Cobb that are radar zones. Not that I would speed just to see if it works. I don't ever want to get a ticket in a school zone but at least 5 times a month I can see several people getting a ticket on Powder Springs road.

I only had about 10... I miss the days when I ran out of candy. I guess that is what happens when you spend 15 years in the same neighborhood and have a lot of new families. My kids are now 17 and 24. I guess I'll take all of this candy to work.

Ditto... I had mine done in Fall of 2007. Woolfson is the best and you pay a little more but I felt way secure with him doing it after all of my research. I had the custom Lasik that was slightly more expensive. I'm now at 20/20 in both. I do have to wear reading glasses for small print but that has more to do with my age and not the procedure. There is nothing like waking up, swimming, playing, and just everyday life without worrying about glasses.

My niece who is nine... looks much, much older. And, has just recently started her cycle. Yes, at NINE!!!! She is not mature enough to handle this and was so excited and happy about it. I got her a book that helps explain things but, I still just think she is physically maturing way faster than her mind.
