I read that he didn't even have the phone number when this was happening. He said that he had never talked to George. So, I'm not sure what the defense was thinking to add him to the witness list. He said he couldn't remember what happened in 2009. Indeed embarrassing for the defense and for him. He didn't have a clear understanding of the facts of the case. He was critical of Dr. G's homicide ruling but he didn't even know (or couldn't recall) the circumstances of the case. He was argumentative and ill tempered at times. Mason couldn't put together anything for the re-direct. It was an epic fail!

Essentially, Spitz has testified that he is a complete idiot. He doesn't know anything for sure. He just said that the photos were "arranged"... he has not made any "expert" testimony. He is going on with lots of rhetoric and opinion. He is just proving that the defense made a big mistake putting him on the stand.

If you go to myfoxorlando.com you can watch the replay by witness. It moves much faster because the edit all the interruptions. It will be worth the watch. If they include it.... it is possible it will not be up for a while. And, it might not make it because the jury was out. Who knows?

BAEZ just had his A$$ handed to him. He will face contempt, sanctions or some other penalty for having his expert include an opinion that was not included as required by court order. It was AWESOME to watch him squirm as Perry tore him apart. Ashton didn't have to do anything but object.

I have not been able to watch/listen to much today. It seems that what little I have seen and heard today is just painful. This guy is horrible to listen to and it sounds like he doesn't really know what he is doing when it comes to testifying as an expert. That combined with Baez's inability to defend appropriately means that each one of their experts could take FOREVER!!! I hope they have a better plan for tomorrow.

I have missed the testimony that the heart sticker was on the tape. I did see where they showed some heart stickers that they found in the Anthony home. I listen to as much as I can and I think it is going to go on another 3 weeks. I agree with all that you have said here. I do not believe that you are completely cruel. I think she plays her emotions to win sympathy from the jury. I don't think it is working!

My guess is Baez will not cross. I think Cheney Mason will do it... He has the attitude to TRY to discredit her... he will be unsuccessful. Baez just can't handle it. I'll be shocked if he takes that cross. It will be interesting to see what position they take with her.

I have really been ready to punch the screen every time they showed her today. She is such a waste of human flesh! I can only listen most time because I don't want to see her and her "fake" mourning or whatever she is playing. Although, I did think that the evidence is becoming overwhelming obvious that she caused her daughter's death and then concealed it.... This may be why she is "sick" this afternoon.

I have watched/listened to this for the better part of the last two weeks. I want to slap Jose Baez on a daily basis. I believe she is guilty and I hope she is gets what she deserves. However, she is not getting the best defense representation. Baez is consistently a screw up in the courtroom. I am sure part of the strategy is that one of her many appeal attempts will include she wasn't properly represented or had inadequate defense counsel. I have been listening to it all day. What a freakin' circus! Surprise in the defense opening. Although only in the details. I knew in my gut that she and her defense team would try something like this. Truth is none of us know what really happened. I think Jose Baez is a tool but who cares what I think? I'll be following as much as I can from work. It is background noise so I'm sure I'll miss some good stuff. Right now I think they are on their 4 sidebar since the defense started the cross of George Anthony.
