I took 12 weeks when my youngest was born this January. After my vacation and sick time ran out, I only got short term disability.

I don't know George personally, I had just heard about his passing this morning. I work with his nephew Danny. Prayers said for the family.

I love watching this show. It always amazes me how well behaved their children are when there are people out there that cannot get their one child to behave. At the end of the episode last night it said there was going to be a special on this Thursday about the GrandDuggar

I haven't seen Kristen in a few years, but this is still so terribly sad. When I heard about this yesterday my heart just sank. Prayers said for her little boy and family.

That stinks. I always enjoyed their food. But the last few times I went there they did not have many customer. Whoever put that restaraunt there wasn't thinking..it's kind of in a funky place.

The Uverse internet is different than DSL. The way the tech explained it, DSL goes thru phone lines and Uverse goes thru fiber optic cable. he said that was much faster. All I know is I love it

My SIL was laid off yesterday

AMEN!!! My Grandmama has been battling Breast Cancer for 10 years...there was ZERO history of it in our family. She now has Breast Cancer with Bone Metastases and is in pain every day of her life. She was given 18 months max back in 1999, and so far has beat the odds and amazed her oncologist. She's been through hell in back, and I dread the day the cancer spreads to her organs and takes my precious Grandmama away. My husband's aunt, only 55 years old is at home right now with hospice. She was diagnosed 6 years ago with BC, went into remission then it came back again this year
