You should always file a police report if your wallet is stolen. This is how most people get your identity and get credit cards in your name. the police report will be your only proof. My husband drives from hwy 101 (near Rose's store) to Alpharetta ( up hwy 400) takes him about a 1 hour and half on good days. On days he leaves work to come home after 3:30 sometimes it takes him 2 hours to get home. Just depends on how bad traffic is that day. If it is a rainy day, it will be at least a 2 hour drive home. My husband has a 1998 and he gets 32 miles per gallon gas, on his car. They get great gas millage for a sports car. He drives 120 miles a day + and fills his tank up as much as I do in my TA and I only drive 40 miles a day. Insurance is not as much as you would think either. No I would consider it neglect and child endangerment. It only takes a few min to buckle a child in safely. It only takes the same amount of time for a wreck and you to loose your child.

People that don't buckle up there kids make me so angry. I guess that they don't realize that at 35 mph they could get hit and loose their children or worse their child might hit windshield get brain damage and never be the same. My hubby and I did it one time to one of our cats. He went into depression and was never the same after. He was playful and loving before, After, he did not want to be touched, only laid around and hid under our furniture. We would have to search for him to feed him and pet him. He didn't even like to come out and eat. It was very sad. SOFT PAWS is our friend. It is like fake fingernails for your cat. Just superglue them on and they can't claw up anything. You can get them at that BIG pet store in Hiram.
