Call the health department. I was just up there on Tuesday and they had a sign about a walk in clinic being open daily, but I honestly don't know details on who or what it was for.

Having been an insurance salesperson also; I would go a step further and CALL the insurance company listed on the info they provide, and ask if its still active. I've had, unfortunately, plenty of people call our agency where I was, needing to file a claim, only to find out it was a canceled policy. That piece of paper may look valid to you, but means nothing if you don't call and verify.

All video. They have blackjack tables with 'dealers' but they are still video based. You get chips though. (I used to work there.) eta: I would love to see a casino around here. As an ex-Harrah's employee, I loved it. The insurance was 100% paid for, copays are cheap ($5 drugs, $15 dr's visits,) and generally they are great people to work for. If there was one close by, I would work for one again in a heart beat.

Although I have no words for your current topic, here are a few things that may or may not help. If you haven't already, look into buying this book for tweaking your writing; "The Elements of Style" by Strunk and White. It's 10 bucks new or you can find it used for cheaper. It's a small book. It's too the point, and it will help you a great deal. Having recently finished my first novel, submitting it to literary agents and working on my second novel - its a great help. Also, look into critiquing groups for the subject matter you're writing. Google local writing groups and writi

I'm unable to find anything that says otherwise. I'm also unable to pin point anything that says how often you can apply if more than once. It's been vague on the details of 'how many' yet helpful in terms of 'how to apply." Though it does have information regarding future medical payments. (so the future treatments may be covered as well.) Have you been able to find anything else on this for reference? I know my Grandmother applied and was awarded more than one time late in her life, however that was in the 1980's. I'm certain times and requirements have changed.
