it does to me....I've had to answer a 911 call like that before... three small children were thought to be home alone and it was later discovered their mama was deceased in the home with them. I cried for days.

It sounds more like a runaway than a missing persons.. though i'd be filing whatever report that would get me the most action, fast.. like last friday when she left., if not Saturday morning when she didn't come back home after blowing off steam.

check the other thread on this - its possible he got shot (however he did get shot) they tried to get him to the hospital, didn't think they'd make it and called 911 for help.
