Zero tolerance is a stupid cop out.... These highly educated people should be allowed to use their discretion in matters like this.... Having a small pocket knife locked in your car is not arrest worthy.... I agree on blaming the lawmakers, make the idiots who created these laws go out for a month or two and enforce them just to see exactly how moronic their ideas are....

Yeah that whole thing is crazy... Some commerce members on here do really crappy jobs but no one says anything except through PM's. And some people get stuck with that crappy work (like me) because I see there name all the time and give them a shot. It was a lesson learned for me.... I am very hesitant to use any now and that sadly is what a lot of people think.... If my business was being criticized I would defend it, I wouldn't want to hide behind that kind of protection.

You have no idea because that is completely wrong in their case... It wasn't a matter of the insurance not paying, it was a matter of it never being billed. I WANTED it billed because I had met my maximum out of pocket and that is why I stayed on their butts about it. And this situation was not a rare one. I understand there are cases where they get screwed but you would think those people who repetitively ask for a billing to be processed over a year later would get some kind of priority. ETA - I am not criticizing Mr. Clark, rather his choice of accounting folks....

Good to hear! Just imagine all the folks who never bothered to ask for a bill, I am sure that is a small fortune!

Clark was a billing nightmare.... I know multiple people, myself included who requested to be billed for over a year. One person I know gave up after two years of asking! Clark only has their billing department to blame, not the county.

Hard to say, but if she was horrible to her kids like the wording suggests then good for them.... I have seen people like that and it is a cruel way to raise children. I will go further to say, if it is true, they should have given her a copy before she died. There is no excuse for being cruel to your children. None.

exactly right, distracted driving is dangerous I don't care what your profession is and it shouldn't be allowed.

I don't find a 45 speed limit on that road unrealistic at all and that intersection isn't that hard to maneuver.

I believe that is the place that is the exact same design as Amberley and also ran by the same management company, so it would probably be a matter of location preference. I don't know anyone who lives in Greenbrooke but they seem to run their communities really well.

We weren't terribly impressed with Fusco's, Scalini's or Vincent's but someone recommended Ippolito's across from Town Center and it is our new favorite... We also like PastaBella but Ippolito's meatballs and bread rawk!

ok, maybe I will get my Cracker Barrel and then offer them a pancake breakfast up there before we head back....

Yeah, honestly we will still probably end up there! I am just making my good Dad attempt at finding something they want to eat. One place in Chattanooga (something Frankensteins, or something weird like that) had review after review about hours and hours of a wait. Um, sorry, no pancakes are that good!

I love Cracker Barrel breakfasts but my kids can't stand them! LOL We are planning a trip up to Pigeon Forge soon and I was trying to see if anyone knew of a great breakfast spot, preferably with pancakes as that is usually their favorite. I want to surprise them with a break from the Cracker Barrel routine on this trip because it is ALWAYS our first stop. It would need to be within an hour or two of the Cedarcrest area and I am fine going up 75 or 441 (I think that's it, maybe 411).... I just have to reinforce the idea it's a one time surprise and next time Daddy is getting his Cracke
