1. Punctuation would probably have been good on this thread title...
2.

We're going to need that to get all those Yankees out of the ditch who think they can drive on ice! LOL
3. I picked up toilet cleaner this morning, Walmart still had plenty!
4.

Remind me Sunday if you haven't heard from me... I am forgetful! LOL
5.

Yep! He is local too but the contractors guy...did a great job. I will get his number for you this weekend.
6.

You can leave the water in it. We have the special edition as well.... Daughter child does iced coffee and says it is good.
7. I know! I had to pry him from the other state! lol Excellent craftsmanship and he was there during the crazy stage of a gabillion people and he didn't flinch at the chaos... Thanks for giving me the heads up on him and his work... (oh and the other guys he had were incredible as well...)
8. Thanks! And thanks for your recommendations, they were spot on!
9.

AAA Metal Works did our gutters and they turned out great. Not sure who did insulation... Our contractor handled that for us.
10.

Do you have seasoned wood? Deliver? I was going to message you but it appears you don't accept messages...
11. Does anyone else have any good recommendations for firewood? We usually use Rick but just moved so we had to wait to order it and now he is out of seasoned wood. We would love to use the fireplace this winter but we may have missed the boat for this year... (Oh and it has to be seasoned wood and not the craigslist stuff that is claiming to be seasoned... I would rather just do without this year of there is no seasoned wood available.)
12. I think they are expanding the lumber part as well and probably needed more space. They already have their current parking lot almost full... But yes, the sign said Ace Hardware and East Paulding Lumber Supply ( I believe that was the correct name...)
13. I just wanted to rave about a few contractors that worked on our house during construction. Since we were building it outselves through a contractor we were able to support a few local business folks and we were very happy to use a lot of these that were recommended through p.com.... Cornerstone Cabinets in Kennesaw... Amazing cabinets and installation for a great price! Ralph Robertson Painting... Was able to squeeze us in when another painter fell out and worked really hard for us. Dave Cato Construction... AMAZING, AMAZING trim guy he is truly one of those guys who still make
14. Mine has it because it was a 99 cent phone with our renewal and we already had data share plan. So there was no real cost. We don't intend to switch providers so the contract doesn't bother me. We also saved buying an expensive calculator because the teacher said the phone could be used (an app I believe). I don't have a problem with her having it (she is 15) and she knows if it breaks she is on the cheapest phone she can afford to buy so she takes good care of it... Plus it's a powerful punishment tool...
15. I don't know why you would think that... Which chain restaurants have had to close? Seems to me that they all are pretty full when we go...
16. Wow... they definitely won't get any pats on the back for employee perks... I bet they are paying close to that for the coverage. We are a tiny company with health issues which gets us max rated every single time and our employee premium is just over $400...
17. I think what she is asking is does the state pay 100% of employee coverage. We do that here for the basic plan and any upgrade is their cost. So if an employee goes to tier B, they pay the difference. If they add a dependent then they pay the difference but their basic coverage is paid 100% by us the private employer. Not sure if the state makes the employee pay a portion of their basic coverage or not....
18. We offer two different companies here and three levels. It is no more cost to us, nor should it be in their situation. We pay a certain amount of employees coverage and anything they pick to upgrade or if they add dependents then it is on their dime.
19. Last time I checked, teachers had the right to be upset about the rising costs and lower salaries due to cuts... If it makes them feel better, let them get it off their shoulders. I am sure they know that everyone is taking on the same financial pain but it doesn't make theirs any less real. I wouldn't have their job for ANYTHING because I have seen how some of those kids emulate your behavior. So, let them be angry, let them fight it, I say good for them! Too many, oh well, what can I do so I will just sit here quietly and take it folks around.... I applaud their initiative! Giv
20. Yeah, if he had the sound for notifications I can see that being annoying, didn't think about that... But I agree. Still a wack job... Hope the instant gratification was worth the long term consequences....
21. People need to mind their own business... why would it bother anyone if someone else was texting in a movie? A phone call I can understand, but texting? Really?!?!? That little bit of light from that phone ticks you off? Wow....
