1. My hubby said he remembers a jet hitting a house with two old ladies inside. He doesn't remember if the ladies died. I found this about The Hummingbird crashing in Fair Oakes. My link Scroll down for eyewitness reports.
2. Little Drummer Boy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT1fA59oH7Q
3. My link This is a funny link to what us baby boomers toys would look like today. Ken still rocks those short shorts.
4. That was too funny! Thanks for posting HWAM.
5. Citizens arrest! Citizens arrest! :ninja:
6. When visitors first enter the museum, they will hear a sound like wind chimes coming from above them and their attention will be drawn upward 24 feet to the ceiling of the two-story high atrium. The dog tags of the more than 58,000 service men and women who died in the Vietnam War, were hung from the ceiling of the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum in Chicago My link
7. I just came from Michael's in Hiram. I needed some light replacements as well. They have something will work just as well. The lights come in little packs of eight. They come with little rubber nubs on them. Just pull the nubs off and glue the lights onto your tree. The things are hard to find. I will try to direct you to where they are. Enter the store. Go all the way to the back right side of store where wood working is located. Go past the wood working shelves look on the back wall. You will see little packs if miniature thingy's there. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
8. Well we share a lot when it come to the noise a C-130 makes. I can hear one coming from miles away. I became so accustomed to hearing them, they became like a lullaby, Mostly during engine testing. Nothing like a C-130. Thanks for service to our Country.
9. Someone needed to finish your innuendo. Glad I could help.
10. If a C-130 flew low, over your house you must be hard of hearing. I know how extremely loud C-130's are from working on the flight line. Plans do change, so let the citizens in on the planned change. Nothing was ever mentioned a back-up plan if the economy tanked.
11. Y'all talking about those shoe shows again? You guys are too funny.
12. Pubby, maybe it's just the fact that some people are not for the airport EXPANSION. Key word, Expansion. I, also, still feel the need to question the way things were handled. You have said so yourself. Things could have been handled better. What were the "things" that were not handled properly? I want to know, and I want to know why. Does it even matter to people? Is the Commissions method trivial? I say no, not when it comes to something so important as expanding the airport. It just makes me question if some things were not handled in a forthright manner. What else is could we be missin
13. WHITEY, some people are blinded by their personal relationships with the people in question. These folks are turning a deaf ear to the flip flopping on decisions made. Refusing to ask themselves why the Commission handled this issue in a covert manner. I have seen several pro airport supporters admit the deal could have been handled in a better way, yet they continue to blindly follow their friends. According to others it seems their friends in power are never wrong. I do have respect for these people. They are intelligent and I believe they mean well. I just don't get why they don't see the
14. That is very true. 'You always get what you pay for'. I invested in my computer, it cost much more than others. I have had it for six years now and it is like brand new. I had several laptops before I invested in the one I have now. Had I bought my Mac sooner I would have saved a lot of money, and been spared the frustration of dealing with virus after virus.
15. Wow. Now that is truly a horror story. I hope he is found and promptly executed, nice and slowly.
16. You are again speaking out of your arse. You know NOTHING of me. NOTHING. Remember that. And as a devout Christian I feel the need to beat no man down. May I suggest you get off your all-knowing high horse? His business decision was a stupid move. Why not employ your own workers on a job. It's perfectly legal, right? Stupid is as stupid does.....and follows at this point. Talk about tunnel vision. My bank account is none of your business, nor is the legacy I will be leaving. But you can bet I will rest in peace. I am a not trying to ramrod my self serving plans down the throats
17. Why throw religion into the mix? This whole letter is down right laughable. Why a business owner wouldn't put his own people to work grading around the airport is a stupid business decision. I'd be one pissed employee, but, I guess he has more business than he can handle. Above reproach and all.
18. . Principles of Tyranny by Jon Roland Definition of tyranny Tyranny is usually thought of as cruel and oppressive, and it often is, but the original definition of the term was rule by persons who lack legitimacy, whether they be malign or benevolent. Historically, benign tyrannies have tended to be insecure, and to try to maintain their power by becoming increasingly oppressive. Therefore, rule that initially seems benign is inherently dangerous, and the only security is to maintain legitimacy — an unbroken accountability to the people through the framework of a written constitution
19.

I, we want the same thing as you do stradial, details and answers. The reason there are opponents is because we are not getting any answers. The citizens really NEED to become more involved in this. It going to have an impact on the quality of life here in Paulding. This isn't a Walmart or a big shopping mall (I would be fora mall). this is a questionable, hidden details and information being kept from the public deal. We just want everything laid out on the table for the public to see and decide on. Do you want PC to be like Hartsfield or keep the the original deal that wa
20. This is more than a "nice"thread for me. The reasons you love your wife is so lovely, and has taken me back in time to a nice warm, fuzzy feeling. I fell in love with my husband because he was the nicest man I had ever known. We knew each other for seventeen years before we began dating. I always admired and had real respect for him. I saw this in him all through the years we worked together. After we divorced (was not because of we were caring on) we started dating. We loved each other from the first kiss. That was it for me, call it chemistry he had made me into a different woman. I w
